SRI EMBAR was a cousin of the renowned Vaishnava preceptor and philosopher, Sri Ramanuja. He was the grandson of Ramanuja's mother's sister. He was born to Sri Devi and Sri Kamalanayana Bhattar in the Bharadwaja Gothram at Madura Mangalam near Sri Perumbudur.

Worshipping procedure
1)Find attached photo of Swami Embar make a Frame .
2)Daily lit lamp and 12or 24 time pradosanam (Keep the photo of Swami embar and make rotation of Embar swamy photo 12 0r 24 times)
3) Neivedyam,based on one financial condition – offer any thing Sugar,pongal etc .(This is not necessary here main is devotion).
4) Continue upto problem gets rectified
